The customer must provide the truck and any additional protective equipment for the furniture. All smaller items must be packed prior to the mover's arrival at the location of pickup or unloading too ensure a faster-moving experience.

Jeremy and Alex were awesome. I had a 26' U-Haul that was completely packed, and with instructions to just unload everything into the garage, the truck was unloaded in a little over an hour. They even brought some of the bigger items into the house to help out, and removed an old washer and dryer. Friendly, fast, professional, on time!
