As the customer, I had to emotionally coddle the mover to keep him from canceling my order because the U-Haul manager didn't have the order ready. The entire experience was stressful and ruined my day. He charged me for an extra two hours as if it was my fault. Then he had the audacity to ask me twice for a five star review. This mover should not be recommended by U-Haul.
