We had 2 guys for about 5 hours, they loaded our 26’ truck and then unloaded it again in the new location! They put everything where we wanted it, they worked hard and handled our belongings with care. We would hire 716movers again anytime! We tipped them both in cash and they deserved every penny!

Two guys showed up 20 minutes late. We did a walk through, and I pointed out everything that needed to be loaded. I specifically pointed out the heaviest items, and stated they had to be loaded, and any small stuff could be left off the truck, in the event the truck filled. One went right to work, the other was standing around more than working. After about an hour, two more men showed up and the one who was standing around was gone. Things began to improve. I was told three hours were enough, however it took four. Two guys unloaded it in WV in about 1.5 hours. Big problem was that a cabinet and tool chest were not loaded onto the truck. So now I have to spend $1000 to rent another truck and get more help loading and unloading, because of the items that were not loaded in the first place. Not too mention many items that got loaded that shouldn't have been. If you use them watch what they load, I wish I did instead of trusting them to load what I said.

This was the first time I hired movers. Went by price and reviews. I made the right choice. Errol and Tye were excellent movers. We wound up adding an extra hour so they could move more than we planned. Move went very smoothly. I would recommend this company to others.
