I feel robbed by this company! I ended up paying $450 for a job that was not finished! They stopped working before the job was done and demanded that i give them the payment code. I was not given the oppirtunity to confirm that the job was done before they got paid and what ended up happening was that they left and i still had many pieces of furniture that remained in my old apartment! They were late 3.5 hours. They were supposed to start at 10am, but did not arrive until 130pm!!! They just cared about getting paid without caring if the job was done to my satisfaction! I will never use them AGAIN!!!

Shaq was excellent. He called the day before, and he called the morning of the move. He let me know where he was at all times. He arrived with Paul, also excellent, and they went straight to work, hard work. I can't even estimate the number of pounds they moved easily and professionally, and all I had to do was say that goes here or there. I can't recommend them more highly. Sincerely, Richard

Throwing your back out a few days before a move is terrifying. I made Shaq and his team aware of my injury, he simply asked me to 'enjoy the show'. I didn't have to lift a finger, I've never had an easier move. Professional, courteous, timely, efficient, and just all around great people. I could not recommend their services enough.

From the moment I called Shaq, he was professional and kind! When we got to the apartment, they were waiting for us and moved everything in an hour and it was all easy peazy! Highly recommend this professional, kind and wonderful company! Will use again for sure.

Company’s owner himself was great in communication though out before the day he was supposed to bring the U box! I repeatedly reminded him that he is supposed to bring the box with him and load the box and take it to the storage facility and that’s the way I have set it up with moving help! He said he got it! On the day he was supposed to come, his truck got issues, then he arrived at our place and called me asking where’s the box? I reminded him that he was supposed to bring the box! At that point he immediately started blaming U-Haul. They( don’t know who they were) messed up! He picked up the box and came by himself when he knew how much of a bulky stuff he needed to load in the box. The shocking question was he was asking us if sofa would fit into the box? He didn’t have to bring the help with him but then he should have come with hand truck or something with which he could have done the job by himself! He went to get the extra help which took the whole day and bad loading!

Hiring Shaq and his partner, employee, was the best decision I ever made! They were professional and kind. They got the whole job done just like they said, in the time they said and for exactly what I was quoted. They handled the items of my home as if they were their own. Absolutely nothing broken or damaged. I would recommend them to anybody that is moving every time! Moving is so stressful, hiring these guys will take so much of that away and allow you to focus on other things you have to do, or allow you to relax for a bit!
