Was upset that the original supervisor on site got misdirected and took 40 minutes to get to the destination that was 10 minutes from the original location. This ended up costing me an additional 40.00 in mileage on my U-Haul charges when returning the truck at the end of the move as I was charge $1.09 a mile.
