I found the best movers I have EVER hired!! And I have hired movers for all my kids who move every year in Manhattan (7 movers in the past 3 years alone). This was the best experience with movers. Every mover nickel and dimes you, charging for every little item you forgot to put on your list, etc. Jay Rio actually did more than they were supposed to do and did it with such a nice attitude! They were super nice, helpful, and so good! I would hire them over and over again! And I will!, next summer! 10 stars. Thank you so much!

The guys did a great job getting everything into the ubox! Very professional and experienced. They were about 45 minutes late, explained that there were some issues at the local uhaul facility that caused a delay. Overall, we were very happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend them.

Movers were hardworking, found ways to get our furniture into a small front door! Loved that I got a call from Jay Rio to discuss the move within an hour of booking them through a U-Haul representative. They danced around the topic of the stair free a bit, it seemed like they weren't sure how I should pay for it and what the amount would be and I was a little discouraged by that. The next time I talked to them they gave me a more straightforward answer which is what I was asking for. Overall went well and would recommend.

I had a positive experience with Rosanna, who provided excellent communication throughout my entire journey and assisted me with some issues with my U-Haul account. The movers were also professional during the move. However, I can only give a three-star rating due to their punctuality. They first arrived four hours early, I was not prepared and asked them to return at the agreed-upon time, but they were then late by an additional four hours. I had a few things scheduled that day that I couldn't do because I had to wait for them.
