I booked online using Moving Help in the evening, and received a call the next day from the moving company to talk about the job and scheduling. We agreed upon a start time during that call, then during the follow up call the moving company adjusted the start time and gave a one-hour arrival window. Unfortunately, the movers still arrived nearly an hour later than the window they provided for the start time, which meant they arrived almost 2 hours after the time that we had initially agreed upon and I had to cancel the other plans that I had made for the day. The services that they provided were good in general - they moved the items efficiently. However, they did also inexplicably leave dirty handprints on the slanted ceiling above our staircase. Overall, it was an okay experience and I would consider hiring them again, but the lack of punctuality and the dirty handprints were off-putting.
