Martin the Mover and his crew absolutely SAVED me on moving day after my original movers didn't show! He's extremely kind and communicative, and got back to me multiple times without hesitation. During the move, his team was strong, efficient, and so careful not to harm any of my things or the walls of the apartment building. They masterfully loaded a U-Haul box for me - which is no easy task! - and sent pictures to confirm its return to the U-Haul site. I'm using them again for my unload and move in a few days, and can relax knowing that I chose the absolute best team to get the job done. Thank you so much Martin, Donald, and Garfield!!

Marvin was very responsive on a last minute call and immediately offered help with our moving out. He arrived in time and easily solved any challenges offered by the lack of parking space. It was clear to me that he had done a lot u-haul u-box deliveries and knew how to answer every possible question we had. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Reserve Marvin at your own risk!!! Marvin the Mover and his crew failed to lay protective padding on the hardwood floors during the move thus gouging and scratching the floors by dragging the totes across them as observed first hand by me and brought to the movers attention in the moment. While moving items to the basement, Marvin and his movers lacked spatial awareness damaging the door frame and hitting the walls in the process. Acknowledging the poor move in prep and damage, Marvin himself took pictures; however, neglected any follow up with me as a customer and fails to correct the damages caused, although he was quick to accept payment. With 4 people, they failed to properly assemble a simple kids twin bed leaving bolts and sharp screws on the floor. They were observed on several occasions loafing in the apartment backroom running out the clock instead of finishing moving items from the front living room and unpacking items as requested. Beware of Marvin and his movers
