The crew showed up on time and appeared professional to start with. I did provide U-Haul rental equipment, furniture pads, and ropes as recommended by U-Haul loading video. Only the furniture pads were used and the end result is, some items were shifted during the drive from US to Canada (which I did inform the driver) and indirectly caused the non-repairable damages to my furniture. I have learned my lesson the hard way so be insistent about using those ropes to secure furniture in place if it is a long drive.

Tyrone was professional, helpful and quick. He had the entire truck and its contents unloaded within twenty minutes. None of the furniture was damaged and everyone was left stunned with how good of a job they did. There were several items that were bulky but Tyrone had no trouble with them and managed all of it with a smile. I highly recommend MIMS.

I can not rave enough of how outstanding M-I-M-S is great communication, showed up on time, worked extremely quickly, efficiently and carefully. I have 2 big long dressers and a tight stair case, I was sure they wouldn’t get them up the stair case, within 5 minutes they were both up the stairs case not a mark on the furniture or wall! At one point they were carrying in the backs to my recliner so I said they could just drop them on the floor, but they wouldn’t because they didn’t want them getting any dirtier! They really care about not damaging your belongings they are amazing! At the end I realized I didn’t have enough space for everything so I had to ask them to reload a few boxes and a piece of the sectional, and they did, with a smile! Than they even stayed to help Un-clutter the boxes in the living room and than carefully put my sectional together! I will be hiring them again please hire M-I-M-S you’ll be hiring the best! In the business, stop reading reviews these are the guys!
