Not happy. The initial communication was responsive and enthusiastic. But when moving day came, only one helper showed up, and it was his first time working for this company. The helper did the best he could and stayed after time, but the second helper never showed. The owner apologized, but did not offer any kind of discount when asked to. I'm disappointed in the services provided, and even moreso that a discount for not receiving the services that were contracted for. Will be following up with U-Haul about this. In the end, the job got done ... But I'm not happy that I didn't get what I bargained for with no offer to adjust payment accordingly.

I had two previous providers that did not complete my moving job which made things very very difficult By any means transport, not only took me on at the last minute, but they completed the job and the work was done so professionally it was done quickly. I felt supported at a time that was extremely difficult for me. Trevon is a godsend and a blessing and he does very, very good work. I would highly recommend this company and the quality of the work.
