Dwight, with whom we scheduled our moving help timeframe was most informative, professional and friendly. This was the first time we've used Movinghelp.com with it's reassuring passcode system. Kimiya Services sent us Devonn and Marcelle who not only called to confirm time, location, and details, they also came when scheduled, were most professional, friendly, engaging, and most of all, careful with the items they loaded for us. They also considered the best loading sequence carefully and were very thoughtful about the impact the moving trailer might have on the contents. We've made many moves over years in the Military and these two gentlemen were absolutely delightful to work with!! Most highly recommend them, Movinghelp.com, and Kimiya services!! The guys were fantastic! They went above and beyond my expectations! Respectable to me and mom and our belongings. I knew it would take longer than the initial 2 hours and they advised me of that as well and me sure I agreed and was ok for them to continue. We laughed and joked and they packed that truck to the max and making only one trip! Kuddos again. I'm a very pleased customer.
