The company contact me the day before the job and said one of the guys was not available. I said to find me someone else because I needed 2 people which I already paid for. They called me back and said they found someone. The 2 guys that showed up seemed very inexperienced with packing a truck professionally. They weren't even going to use the blankets until I asked them to. It took them over an hour to pack a 10x20 storage unit into a large truck. They seemed like high schoolers or college kids. I was really disappointed in this crew, I hate to say. I dislike leaving negative reviews but I had to point this bad experience out.

Hired 2 helpers for 3 hrs to carry a 1-2 bedroom apartment with few heavy furniture, but many totes and small stuff and job wasn't completed truck is two thirds full still had to hire fmore help
