GT MOVING LABOR LLC

The movers took several hours longer to unload my Uboxes than the moving help who loaded it. The movers who unloaded also dropped my dresser on the stairs and destroyed it, spilling my underwear all over the floor. They damaged several items and then offered to hang a curtain rod--which ended in several unnecessary holes in my wall (which will come out of my $1750 security deposit) and very crooked curtains. They wouldn't listen to me when I tried to get them to stop drilling holes. The men were nice but did a poor job of moving my belongings. They were literally carrying one box or barstool at a time and the process took all day (the crew who loaded my Ubox only took one hour). The men who unloaded my Uboxes also cost TWICE AS MUCH as the crew who loaded it. Very disappointing. Now I have to buy a new dresser and end table.

Ray and his team went above and beyond in helping my elderly parents get all their furniture into their home. They were beyond respectful, helpful, and communicative, even helping carry in some bookshelves that arrived in the mail. When our prior tenant had left a mess for them to work around, Ray's team took it all in stride and provided excellent service. They were able to empty all 3 of our storage containers and return them to our UHaul site in time to save us another month's storage rent. My mom raved about how kind and patient they were throughout the long afternoon. We would highly recommend Ray and GT Moving for any moving support.
