If I could give negative stars I would, very unprofessional, wanted to be paid under the table and threatened to call the police when we refused. Showed up with no vehicle, one of the workers was great and one did nothing. Caused an extreme amount of stress in an otherwise stressful day. Horrible.

They were very friendly, helpful and quick with moving everything. They made sure everything was being moved to the correct place when unloading as well. Great job and helped eliminate the stress of moving for me.

Helpers scratched the floors of the house by dragging the dining table all across the living room. They took apart a bed frame and lost the screws. It took them 8 hours to not finish loading and unloading a 3 bedroom house. Had to rent an additional uhaul the next day to finish moving. Now trying to get the company to respond for the damaged floor and I get no answer back.

The men that were sent to us, James and I can't remember the other guy's name, were HORRID. I don't think they could move a pile of dog doo from the yard to the trash!!! They milked us for time by moving items one by one out of our unit, broke our treadmill and damaged other items, wasted truck space, and were unprofessional. Their appearances were sloppy and James REEKED of beer. We believe he had been drinking while waiting for us to arrive (we were running behind and were late) and he kept tripping over things while moving our items. I'm not sure who was sent to other reviewers, but im going to assume it was not these two. I almost feel like we were lied to by choosing to go with these people based on other reviewers. This is the most pathetic company we have dealt with, ever. It's a shame i can't give zero stars. Please do yourself a favor and use Bright Side. They are on time, professional, and do a good job.
