Both movers arrived late. The second mover was two and a half hours late. The first mover's job was challenging without the second mover there to help unload larger items that remained in the way. This resulted in more damage to items being moved as they were worked around. The care for what was being moved was not great, but also wasn't terrible by any means. It was far below any experience we have had with other movers via uhaul. Having both movers there at the beginning would have addressed most of the issues. Everyone stayed until the job was done. There wasn't great care and professionalism toward the customers belongings or concerns.

The movers were fantastic. On time, good communication, fast and efficient team with Paris and Taj, friendly and respectful. However my exercise bike got damaged in the move otherwise I'd give 5 stars.

These guys were amazing! They were punctual, courteous and fast. They emptied the entire 16' container in under 45 minutes. Should any occasion arise in the near future requiring talented and motivated people, I am requesting the team that showed up here today by name. Very impressive.

Very professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They even refunded me when I didn't need all of the hours I booked them for! My only complaint is that they were over an hour late for the move, but they let me know well in advance to the change in schedule.
