Did not come prepared with moving dolly because he assumed they came with the U-Boxes. However he did rent them from U-Haul the morning of the move. Did not know location of the U-Haul and requested me to text him the address. On the positive side, moving was efficient. But it came at the cost of damaging many pieces of furniture. He was not careful with items unless I specifically requested on certain items. Additionally, I received the boxes and found one of my barstools to be missing. I strongly recommend against using their services.
