I was beyond disappointed with the service we received moving into our new place. We'd originally booked 2 movers for 2 hours through U-Haul, but the time of our reservation needed to be changed day of. I tried getting in touch with the owner 4 different times over 3 hours, but with no success. He only got back to us at the time of our initial reservation, was uncommunicative, and answered zero questions. Thankfully, the movers on site were able to accommodate the last minute change with no issues, but their boss was an unprofessional nightmare. Unfortunately, the movers worked very slowly. Only half our truck was emptied by the time 2 hours were up, and they were fully prepared to leave. When we showed stress about it, their attitudes went from friendly to annoyed. They also rushed to get the last of our boxes in, meaning boxes were put in the wrong rooms, fragile boxes were stacked on top of, some boxes were dumped upside down, etc. It was an ordeal on top of the ordeal of moving.

The guys that helped us were the absolute best. They loaded the truck with care and the placement was perfect. This is the second time we’ve used this moving service and we’ve been pleased both times.
