I asked them to put all of the contents of the big storage in order of what was coming out first, while I taking things out of smaller unit to go into the bigger unit. When I last looked in the truck they complied. When I got to my apartment and looked in the truck. They did the opposite and left my dresser mirror, ironing board and several in the storage and all of the stuff to go out first was in the back and they smashed my box spring. I had to pay the unloaded an add hour. I also paid them an additional $80 to put stuff beating into storage unit not a messy and put all of my stuff into the truck. I paused them $199.96 - which they should return 1 hour of it.
