Everyone from New Mood Moving was nice, but I'm disappointed with my experience. We booked movers for the afternoon and were told that 3 to 4 PM would be our time slot. The morning of, we called to verify, and were told that the mover's truck broke down, and they might need to push back til 5 PM. They promised to call me shortly to confirm, but that it'd be later than originally anticipated. After not hearing for a few hours, I called again and they said that the truck issues were fixed. I assumed we'd see them around 4 PM due to the delay from the truck repair, but received a call at 3 PM from the movers saying they were on the way. I stated that I thought we were planning for 4 PM due to the delays from the truck earlier, and was met with confusion. When the team showed up at 4 PM, they didn't have any tools, and said they'd 'dropped them off' after an earlier move, so we needed to scramble to find replacements. Overall, I felt communication and professionalism could be improved.

The guys were awesome and got the job done 30 minutes earlier. Polite. Professional. Took great care not to damage any of my furniture or items. Definitely recommend them. This was my first time using a moving company through U-Haul. Definitely glad I chose New Mood Moving.

Although the movers did not arrive at the original scheduled time, they did provide constant updates when they had to reschedule. I appreciated the extra effort to communicate clearly. The guys were quick and took care not to damage anything. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

These guys were absolutely great! Would definitely hire again! Their demeanor was fun and professional. They were extremely cautious with everything fragile or not. They would even wipe their feet when enter the homes. I have never experienced such a smooth and professional move in my life and I’ve used 3 other companies before them. If you need moved, call these guys point blank period.

The guys were on time and worked very hard. They got right to work and did a great job of putting everything where it needed to be. They were prepared with their own stuff (like a dolly and tools). They did a great job and worked very quick!
