Howard was excellent. He reached out well in advance of the date, and was able to change dates in order to fit me in. Ricky could have handled my items with more care as he was unloading the truck. He didn't take due care of all my items, and as a result dragged a lot of items that should have been lifted a little bit further off the ground.
