FHL Moving Faith,Hope,Love

We found this company for our across country move. Bobby and his coworker showed up on time but it was downhill from there. Firstly, they seemed to smell like marijuana. We showed them the house and told them that everything needed to be loaded. The next issue was they didn't seem to have any system to loading the truck, they loaded some boxes and furniture from rooms but would leave a random box or piece of furniture in various rooms. We had to remind them multiple times that we needed the move everything, but one guy frequently asked us if we wanted certain things in the truck! Lastly, they waited til the truck was almost full to then chose to load the washer and dryer, 2 flat screen tvs, and a vanity. By the end everyone was panicking trying to throw as much as we could in the truck. We still had throw away multiple items. They also shattered a glass tv stand. They frequently asked my husband to help because his partner had a broken finger (he has a bad back -why we hired movers).

Christian and Donavan were very efficient and kind. They also worked steady and hard and handled our things with care. I would ask for them if I have another opportunity. The owner Michael was also prompt with responding to our needs.
