100-percent satisfied with this moving company. They were quick to respond to any questions before the move and even flexible enough to change the time. And this was on a Thanksgiving weekend! The crew was positive, friendly, and worked hard -- despite the cold weather. One guy showed up but didn't feel well and had to leave. (I appreciate his trying and hope he feels better.) The owner was able to offer a discount based on this because the move ended up taking additional time. All in all, I really appreciated the help. Moving is always stressful and the guys with Pack & Go made it so much easier for me to get through the day. I would absolutely hire them again!

They did a fantastic job! They were careful with my items and wrapped what was needed with the moving pads. Also, I had rented a cargo van and it turned out to be not quite enough space, so they put a few fragile items in their own vehicle! Great team, professional and courteous, would highly recommend!

The two movers were super nice and very helpful! I had a lot of heavy stuff I couldn’t move on my own, let alone up 3 flights of stairs, but they did it swiftly and efficiently. I was really happy with their service. Would recommend!

The team was excellent and really went the extra mile to help ensure everything was loaded and handled with care. They provided amazing service while loading everything quickly at a great price. They even helped out when my uhaul door got stuck (because it was broken when uhaul rented it to me) in the middle of the job. It was extremely cold during my move and the team stayed positive and upbeat during the entirety of the job. Will definitely be using them for any future moves or projects. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a job well done at a reasonable rate. I would rate them 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

They were so nice and helpful they adjusted to every circumstance thrown at them with no problems they delivered everything to the room it belonged in and set beds up at 11pm they work late and they work fast and hard def recommend them great job
