Loading of truck was efficient. However, there was poor communication prior to the day of service. I had to reach out for confirmation of services. Also, after a short in-town trip after the truck was loaded my furniture was leaning significantly in the truck due to poor packing. I had to spend time to re-arrange furniture so that it would not be damaged before my cross-country move.
