I had to provide positive feedback regarding the two-person crew sent by Insta Move. They were absolutely amazing! The crew members were kind, attentive to our needs, and worked together seamlessly. They maintained a great mood throughout the process, laughing and joking, while handling all of our belongings with exceptional care. Absolutely fantastic! The were on-time, super friendly, and very skilled at their moving and loading skills. We had 2 small Uhaul pods, and they managed to fit everything + more than what we thought we could fit—they're masters at efficiently loading storage containers. Aside from that, they were so friendly and respectful, and made a personal effort to do a good job. It's as if it were their own belongings. Wish we could hire them again after our move.
