Luther will scam you by saying they have 1 less person than you're asking for you move, but still charge you for the extra mover (I asked for 3). I was fine with 2 people coming since he said they’d stay longer if needed, however that wasn't needed. But then they still charged me for 3 movers, refused to contact me back about refunding me for the one less person they were able to provide. Then after over a month, i sent him another text, he told me ‘the deal is done’ acting like his company couldn't update or refund the charge for his business, and then tried to accuse me of harassing him. U-Haul even advised I take legal action against him for his lack of response. Looking back at the reviews, I see this is a scam they've done before to other customers. I regret giving them a cashtip What Luther won’t tell you until after accusing you of harassment is you're suppose to cancel your entire move and reapply for the amount of movers he claims he has available (ex; 2 movers instead of 3).

Luther and his friend did an excellent job unloading my two U-Box containers. They listened to our instructions patiently and made sure everything was placed exactly where we needed it. Unfortunately, there was a delay of over 20 minutes due to a payment code issue from U-Haul, but they waited calmly without any complaints. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use their services again in the future!

Good morning. Received a call the day before about may not able to provide the 3 helpers. They failed to arrive by the time I set it up. I had to carry a lot of the loading and unloading. One of the helpers treated very bad the load and messed couple of them as well as damaging some of the walls. Distance was very close from loading and unloading. On top of that I was charged 1 extra hour to finish unloading the first load. The second load I had to do it by myself. Very disappointed.
