I was contacted shortly after the reservation was made online to verify information. The representative who called was very professional. The representative gave my a phone number to call and text if any changes were made. The day of the move, I was contacted 9am to verify time and location again for the move and updated with a arrival time of the movers. They arrived exactly at the time for the move and they came ready to go! I booked 2 hrs and they were finished earlier than the booked time. The movers listen to instructions about box placement and worked together. The supervisor who came with them, was very knowledgeable about giving direction and courteous. I would definitely use them again for my next move. They also don't have any damage claims filed against them. The supervisor even checked to make sure everything delivered was operating.
