I order from this company twice. The first order is for loading the Uhaul, and the second location is for unloading the Uhaul. When the truck was loaded, I asked if they could charge me a fee to drive from my old place to my new location. The mover informed me that they could charge but would not charge this time. I spoke to a customer service representative with moving help from Uhaul. They told me since; I ordered assistance at the old and new locations, they could not charge me for the time they drove from the old area to the new place. I tipped them based on thinking they could charge me for the drive from my old location to my new site based on them informing me that I could be charged. I would caution others that use this mover to understand that if you order mover help from both locations; the movers can not charge you for the drive. Also, when I had issues and called them, they didn't even say bye on the phone. I was polite to them the whole time.

Absolutely outstanding in every way! These guys packed up a two bedroom into a 20 foot truck in less than an hour, they were fast, friendly and efficient. And I've honestly never seen any truck packed so securely, I drove from Dayton, Ohio to Hartford, Connecticut and the contents of the truck looked like we hadn't moved. Everything arrived in perfect condition. These guys are truly worth every penny!!
