The two moving guys they sent were not employees of the company but instead informed me that they were independently contracted. They also tried to get $200 in cash from me to complete the job after I had already scheduled payment through U-Haul. I informed the person I had been in contact with about this (they were not there on site) and we seemed to get it sorted. Once I had moved to my new home I discovered that a box of technical equipment was missing and I know it was given to the guys to put on the truck. The truck was locked with a padlock immediately after they were finished loading and not opened again until we unloaded it ourselves. These independently contracted people stole a box of valuable tech equipment. I tried to contact the person I had contracted and still have yet to receive a call or text back. Be very cautious when using this team.
