Steve and Dalton were amazing and made the experience of unloading my truck exponentially better than when I hired a different company. The logistics of the path of travel were a bit unusual, but immediately Steve set up a logical and expeditious system, and the two of them went to work. Both young men were polite and professional with good communication skills and performed the task methodically, quickly and professionally. With antiques that have family value, but appear to have been through years of misuse or storage, it's hard to express the need for care in handling. But these two got it and didn't assume that a chip or a crack meant that it was okay to do more damage. They completed the job within the allotted time, were pleasant the entire time, and even made sure that the heaviest pieces were precisely where I needed them to be before leaving. I would hire these two again without another thought. Their work ethic cured any anxiety I was feeling and allowed me to relax.

John and Steve were time efficient but would place items randomly in a room and I would have to do some lifting and rearrange them; even items like a nightstand would be placed at the foot of the bed instead of where it is supposed to be.

My oriental chest was dropped on the ground, suit jackets pants dropped on the ground, shoe boxes, dropped on the ground, a box of glass Christmas decorations dropped and broken, wall hangings and pictures spread all over instead of in one area, heavier boxes packed on top of lighter boxes...dent and cracks in my bedroom dresser. I was very disappointed in the work. I just wanted my move-in to be over. John was moving all of the smaller items that I could have moved, instead of the larger items at the two hour mark...very shady as a business person. I understand it is only his side job yet a paying customer expects better care to be shown when moving items. I could have deducted money from his $400.00 total, but I didn't because I am a God-fearing person... overall dissatisfied with this move, it was very unorthodox.
