The movers were polite, professional, hard-working, quick. Unfortunately, they did not properly wrap (which we provided) the furniture which caused scratches and gauging on solid cherry china cabinet and oak dresser and washer & dryer were scratched. Also they were rough with our belongings, instead of 2 people carrying, they did it individually. We did give them each a cash tip.

I’m usually impressed when I hire movers. This time, not so much. On the positive, everything was moved and nothing was broken. However, Blake and his ‘cuz’ may just be too new and may do better matched with someone with more experience. Much time was spent throughout the move staring at items or the truck or typing into the phone (talking to the boss). This move wasn’t easy and I expected to use 3 to 4 hours due to driving time, but we ended up needing 5 hours for them to get it done. Each time I had to add more time, it was because I asked them if more was needed, and they just looked at each other like they weren’t sure. During the travel, we arrived with the Uhaul before the movers and then stood around wondering where they were. Eventually we got a call that they were ‘here’ except ‘here’ was at the wrong address. Anyway, the move happened, we paid five hours, and I won’t use them again.

Even though they were a little later than expected, they did a great job on a big job! The two guys worked well together and very efficiently. They were very pleasant and professional . Highly Recommend!
