Shane and Kanye were great, showed up on time and got everything done well under time - highly recommend these guys for any of your upcoming moves! Also, they were great with such a quick reservation, I booked three days before a move, and their communication was prompt and they were nothing but professional. Shane communicated promptly- not too much and not too little. Arrived timely. Worked hard with his co-worker. They were friendly and professional. They unloaded truck and reloaded items to go to charity sale. Unloaded at charity location without a hitch. Moved stuff out of house that needed a new location in addition to moving in. Nothing whatsoever damaged or even nicked or scratched—we had a number of fragile antiques. Highly recommend them especially for moves around Port Clinton, Lakeside, Marblehead.

Shane's crew was two and a half hours late to unload our U-Haul truck into a storage unit. Once they finished the job and asked for the payment code, we wanted to withhold the code so we could talk to Moving Help about our dissatisfaction and possible remedies. Our helpers proceeded to call the police on us in an attempt to force us to give them the payment code. Later, upon receiving suggested resolutions from Moving Help, we felt that this review was really our only recourse.
