I would like to say first that this company is dependable and punctual for sure! Which is very good for today’s service. I will say that after reviewing the unloading organization it was poor in my opinion, all small items on top with all over the place, they left me where the door didn’t close and after paying a nice piece of change I expect better organization and I also feel like the communication should and could’ve been better, I wasn’t told that going over there time without communication to me at all would cost me an additional $110, had no problem paying that but that’s not until I saw my unit and I had to take things out move things around to be able to close my storage unit, so for me they guys are super cool but I would rather try another company or move my stuff on my own and and hire a relative, felt I would’ve done better especially for the price paid out, in all it was an ok experience, not really satisfied for the money paid though!
