Malcolm and his teammate were punctual, professional, and maintained effective communication throughout the entire process. Although it was clear they had done this many times before, they weren't afraid to ask questions for clarity to ensure that my belongings were packed the way I wanted. They were highly personable and even recommended local restaurants for my next trip. They took away any stress I had been feeling about the move and I highly recommend them!

They showed up 15 minutes early. They arrived with a dolly which I don’t think is required of them. I should’ve picked a larger U-Haul but they did their absolute best to fit everything. I had showed up with half of the truck already packed with other things and they took the time to reorganize it prior to loading up the rest. They even worked overtime to ensure I was squared away. I had to leave for an appointment at the end of the move and they were kind and trustworthy enough to lock up the U-Haul and my apartment. They sent pictures of the completed job for my awareness. Definitely recommend!

This seemed like it was going to be a good experience but then it ended up being terrible..First off they got there and the one guy named Joseph smelt like weed and he stayed on his phone almost the entire time.. We were a little irritated that we got a 20ft truck for only furniture and they couldn't fit the furniture in the truck. The stacking was horrible..When we got to storage to unload the first load they didn't even stack the stuff right where we could fit all our stuff. you expect movers to be able to stack furniture..Then we couldn't get the doors off the refrigerator..They said they don't help with that.. anyways we got the doors of ourself but the drawer no luck.. the one.was genuinely upset they couldn't take the fridge butthey ended up taking one of the doors and loading it..after taking the second load they got the codes from us.We took truck back and had to open the truck to get my dolly out and found part of our refrigerator door broke..I'm pissed. I will not use again
