Very disappointed, DO NOT HIRE!! Issues with uhaul, and owner made me 20 late by not being there, waited 1 hour to pick up truck! Paid them the extra half hour on top of the 3 hours I already paid for, circumstances were not their fault only fair. They loaded everything, it seemed as if it were going well til the end. Instead of loading all of the furniture first they loaded boxes, at the end there was no room for several of our items. Desk, Patio set, BBQ grill, antique hutch to name a few. Leaving barely any room for our mattress and headboard. Paid the extra $$ for the half hour CASH as requested, and tip. We removed a few things and found space was wasted. We fit what could at the end as we had no time to reconfigure it, and no choice, ended up leaving those bigger items behind. Upon arriving here, the movers hired to help unload had me take photos, I was in shock. Things busted, loose, piled on top of things that shouldn't. Fragile boxes on bottom and smashed. I am very disappointed, because the first time I used this company it went well, but this time not so well. The two men were polite but the gentleman packing the truck packed it in a way that wasted the space so I ran out of time and was advised that additional 15 minutes would be $65 dollars even though it was his fault on how he packed. I don’t have the money to waste.
