Very slow left early and charged me extra for having stairs. I told them when they called to confirm I had stairs and they said nothing about charging extra. Very unprofessional

Do not use Johnny Osborn. We had everything wrapped up and they unwrapped an entertainment center and it got destroyed in the move. We have been trying to file a claim and U-Haul is not helping us. We just bought the piece and it’s ruined. Overall a horrible experience.
