Just an overall bad experience with this. All of the extra charges for obscene amounts, the lack of communication and the fact that I have several broken items once I got to my destination made this a truly disappointing experience considering how much I was charged. 1000 characters isn't enough to describe how upset I am. And this survey has the audacity to ask me to tip? Absolutely not.

The lead was Outstanding, casual & professional. His help almost missed a few details because he did not understand English. That was the only near issue. They worked steadily & completed in half the time. My son did help, by getting things to the truck & helping them to organize.
