Communication was excellent! Prompt, thorough, and courteous. Myrtle took the time to ask the right questions to make sure that my job was done right. She cares and it shows. Paris and Trey did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a, courteous, careful, communicative and conscientious moving company!

Lyfepath was very helpful, diligent workers, courteous, and although they were 20 minutes late they did let me know at arrival time that they'd be late. They asked about which items were going to be loaded in to the Uhaul. It was discovered the dresser that was packed sideways on the new couch ripped the inside lining upon unloading by another company with us present. This is why you get the insurance! Both young men with Lyfepath were hard workers, friendly, and had open communication.

These guys were great. They worked long and hard. They didn’t know how to do a long distance move. Nothing was tied down- though we offered rope. Minimal pads were used- a package of unused pads were in the truck. Numerous things were broken during the move.

This was for unloading. Paris and Mark worked hard and got the job done. We wish they had utilized more dollies. We were willing to provide all the necessary dollies, but cancelled that order w U-Haul when they said they provided their own. But they only showed up w a basic box dollie and a small flat one (that they didn't use). The company who loaded us had several kinds of dollies, including the shoulder harness, and those options worked way better making it easier to be careful. Those other kinds also made it possible to not have to turn our furniture such as dressers and desks upside down. Using appropriate dollies makes the customer feel a lot better, and sure looked a lot easier to maneuver. Lyfepath would do well to either invest in and learn how to use all the appropriate dollies, or they shouldn't claim they are providing their own.
