The movers were great but I scheduled and paid for a morning move but did not get started til 1pm this made me late for my appointment to return the U-Haul I’m very upset that the movers got here in the afternoon when I scheduled the movers to be here in the morning. Not the movers fault but the company is at fault in my eyes and I expect some type of reimbursement or compensation.
