My truck was booked for 8am the day of our move,2 days before the move Jamiel? called me asking the location to where i was moving,that was my 1st red flag because they were just helping me load MY Uhaul truck,when i told him i was confused and didnt tell him the address he told me to go ahead and do him a favor and cancel he had better things to do. I confirmed i needed him for 8am the 1st, the 31st he texts saying it would be after 10am,didnt show up until 1230 after myself AND movinghelp had be calling them all morning,then they just loaded the FRONT of the truck which i had to remove everything and start all over. The men loading were super nice,dont get me wrong but it put us a day behind,not worth it at all.
