Overall the experience was average. Came on time, were friendly, and helped load the truck. The only problem was that they moaned and groaned when I asked to disassemble the bed, and shelves. I had tools and supplies but they didn't seem eager to do it. Did not even wrap the mattress properly. Quality is missed over working fast. They said they would pack everything so it wouldn't move and disassembly wouldn't be needed. The stuff broke down and came loose during the drive. Cost me 5-600 dollars in damages. had to throw away the mattress and bed frame.

Let just say you get what you pay for. While they were there on my time and dime, one of the guys felt it was OK to go and help someone else who was also moving at the same time. Just as bad, they pretty much just through my stuff into the truck. I had pics but am unable to see a place to upload to give others a visual of what a mess they're getting into. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
