From the first phone call they were informative and kind. They crew arrived on time and did their work quickly and seamlessly. They were especially careful with delicate items and none of my items got damaged. The experience overall was one of the best i've had with a moving company and I will definetly will be calling them the next time I need to move.

These movers are amazing. They were very efficient. I did a great job. We’re careful very helpful. I would definitely use them again and will be using them again.

They changed the arrival time 3 times and still did not arrive on time. They said they were late because we hadn;'t paid for something. I called Uhaul and they said everything was fine. I couldn't figure out what the problem was as the movers spoke very poor English. They also did not come with a dolly nor shoulder straps to aid with moving. This was alarming and not safe as they were moving heavy furniture from a 9th floor apartment. They also seemed angry and frustrated that I didn't hold an elevator which I did not know I needed to do as no one had told me and the same for when they suddenly asked for a lock for the Uhaul box which again I did not know about so I had to follow them all the way to Uhaul to purchase one. They were very unprofessional and it wasn't safe for them to move without a dolly or shoulder straps.
