Booked 2 movers. The 1st mover was 20 mins late. The 2nd was 30 mins late. Both of them left for 20 minutes to find new parking during the move. Movers finished 50 mins late and charged me for one extra hour. Since when customers got charged for the time movers spent finding parking. The mover straight up lying they were only 20 mins late while couldn’t even look into my eyes at the end. I could’ve been happy paying the extra hour or tip them generously for their service had they told me upfront but they decided to just drag it along and tell you at the end. Tldr - unprofessional and shortsighted way to run a business. Will not return nor recommend to my network.
