They were able to accommodate an earlier unloading date which was much appreciated. I was impressed that they only took 2 hours to unload my 2 uboxes under some really rough circumstances - major snow accumulation, a really tight laneway to navigate, and 2 flights of stairs. From the time I followed up about my move, they were communicative giving me an accurate timeframe when they'd be available and also kept in the loop when the day came letting me know when they reached the storage location and when they were headed over to me. I was really happy that they handled my items well - everything was intact upon my unpacking, including my most fragile objects. Great, affordable service!
