We are a company that have been providing moving services for around 15 years in the Oregon Washington area mainly. Our main priority is the satisfaction of the clients.
The loaders were very patient and polite. There were some language difficulties and mostly communications got cleared up. They didn’t always handle everything as marked on the box, so watch over anything important. They immediately corrected whatever I asked of them. They were very fast and did an impressive job packing everything into the truck securely. When loading into storage they were able to put things up pretty high. I did ask them to change some things that looked a bit precarious. I’m pretty good at packing, so I helped some. They were going fast for me since we were over time. I believe they would have arranged better with more time. All in all I can’t fault much. Good guys with smiles and willing to give me a hug when I broke down from the moving stress. Fair price, fast, efficient, didn’t damage anything I’m aware of. What more could you want?

Loading seemed slow but overall, they were a huge help and got everything done in time. They didn’t speak any English but Google translate worked out totally fine.
