The only reason I deducted 1 star from communication is due to the fact that they don’t actually contact you to set up a specific start time until 24 hours before your MOVE no matter how far in advance you book them. I was sure during the booking process through U-Haul it said they would contact you 24 hours after booking, but I could be remembering that wrong. It was essential that they came by a certain time in the morning, so after not hearing from them for several days I texted. I had a good back and forth communication with the owner (?) and was ‘guaranteed’ 9-11 am. Which I thought would work for us. When I got a call the afternoon before our move, he was asking if we were flexible and could do it in the afternoon. Either he forgot we couldn’t or thought maybe our circumstances had changed, but we couldn’t. We were given a 930 start time. That morning the movers called when they were 10 minutes away and everything went smoothly with the move. Daniel and Nick were great!
