Luis and Yuriy did a phenomenal job helping us with Move Fast on our move in day. Although the move went longer than expected, the communication from the office side was great regarding extending hours and getting the job done. The team worked so hard for the full seven hours and expertly filled our U-Haul truck. They came prepared with moving materials and immediately got working. Thanks so much again.

They did move things fast and the guys were nice, but they stacked boxes that said fragile on a dolly and dropped them down step by step on the stairs. I heard glass breaking and asked about the boxes that said fragile and they looked at them, then hand carried those boxes to the truck, then they kept doing it with other things. They packed the truck terribly so I didn't have room to pick up a couple other pieces of furniture myself that were at a different location, and they wedged my glass table top in between things that could have shattered it if I had to hit the brakes hard. They also somehow shifted the glass top of my entertainment center and I can't seem to shift it back myself. And they put a big box that said fragile all over it, that I said 'be careful with that one, it's really fragile' about and the guy said ok, on the bottom and stacked 4 heavy boxes on top of it. I haven't looked in all the boxes yet, but quite a few things were broken so far. Never doing that again
