The owner Joe showed up at 1.18pm. They later unloaded couch, sofa, dresser, table from a 20 ft truck. We already unloaded 26ft truck before they arrive. The assembled the beds and sofa. Two people took 4 hours. At the end, there was still 35 time, but Joe, the owner, wanted to leave by 5pm stating that he stopped by a 26ft truck at that time. He never showed up in my address at that time. He left at 5.11pm without finishing mounting the TV saying he needed to come back and paid more. I felt like it was unprofessional and money hungry behavior. His employee Chris was quite nice and efficient and he wanted to finish. Joe just left as soon as he got paid online by me. This is my true review and experience with Joe. If I were him, I would make my customer happy no matter what.
