Our time window was 12PM - 3PM, but they did not arrive until almost 4PM. We planned our day around their arrival window, and were disappointed with them being late. In addition, the 2nd helper arrived in a separate vehicle and did not introduce himself so we had no idea who this random person was walking around the home was until the vehicle with the U-Box arrived. Disconcerting to say the least.

The communication for this job was great - they were very professional and reached out with updates. However, on the day of my move one of the movers did not show up so they did not have someone who was familiar with loading the truck or any of the needed equipment like a dolly. They started an hour later due to this and unfortunately, the truck was not packed very well (many of my fragile boxes were put on the bottom -- very frustrating!), in addition, it ended up taking an extra hour than expected and I was still charged the same rate even though it was their fault for not providing the 3 mover. Overall, it's a great company, just think the situation should have been handled a little differently and that I wasn't charged the same rate for their own mess up.

The guys were great! I needed to be packed into truck and unpacked into new place within 3 hours and the guys did it with 15min to spare. They did a great job and handled all items with care. They were very communicative and efficient. Definitely would recommend the services to others as well as use again if I needed to!
