They were 40 minutes late. They worked ridiculously slow (even taking a lunch break) necessitating extra paid time to move. I approved one hour, and they charged me for two. The load was packed well and only minor damage was sustained however the job should have taken half the time.

We LOVED STELLAR MOVING!!! We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed. From communication to professionalism and great personalities, they surpassed our expectations. Elysia is very personable, great communicator and a go-getter. Marcel and John were both very hard working, took care not to scratch door jams(used moving blankets) to protect, and both had a sense of humor too. They were fast and paid attention to details.
