Alex & Hayden were great! Alex was running a few minutes late & texted me well before the job start time to let me know. They were both very professional, taking care with my belongings & making sure not to bump any walls, etc with some of my bigger pieces of furniture. They put everything exactly where I requested vs just dumping all of my boxes haphazardly in one room. They made conversation with me throughout the move & were also very kind & patient with my dog. I don’t plan to move again for a VERY long time, but I would definitely hire DAW services again & will recommend to friends! Thank you guys!!!

The guys were very punctual, efficient and flexible. I was concerned about how long it would take us to move up all of my boxes and furniture, but with their help I was all moved in after about 1.5hrs.

The communication leading up to the move was great. I explained everything we needed and what would be expected of the movers. The company was fine with it and so I assumed the movers they were sending were going to be able to handle what we needed. They did not. The two young men were nice but did not know what they were doing. Didn’t know how to load the moving van, carry things properly, and work efficiently. That was the biggest problem. There was a lot of standing around trying to figure out how to move something instead of just picking it up. Then it started to rain about an hour into the room so we knew it would just slow down the movers even more and it wouldn’t have been fair to make them work in the rain. They did say we would get refunded for the hour we didn’t use them and we did get that so that was nice.
